Job Title: Channel Management Officer

Job Summary:
The Channel Management Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of franchisees and channel partners. The role involves business development, operational oversight, partner performance monitoring, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies while strengthening channel efficiency and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by engaging with NBD/RBD clients, customers, and channel partners
Manage and review channel partner and franchisee performance against defined parameters
Identify new areas for appointing franchisees and channel partners
Implement incentive programs to improve channel productivity
Ensure franchisee operations comply with company policies and SOPs
Provide regular training on processes, policies, digitization, and online operations
Monitor daily collections, bookings, DRS, digitized activities, and channel operations
Track defaulters and ensure timely payment collections as per targets
Conduct regular visits, meetings, and performance reviews with franchisees
Support franchises with MIS, operational coordination, and performance improvement
Monitor team performance, service levels, and real-time data updates

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate (any discipline)
Min 2 years of experience in Channel Sales in any industry,
Experience in franchisee management and channel development.
Local language is compulsary
